Izabella Anna Mikolajczak was born on January 21, 1981 and is better known as Izabella Miko. She is a Polish actress and model. Izabella grew up in Warsaw, where she studied to be a ballerina.Three of Izabella's best-known roles are Cammie in Coyote Ugly, Carrie in HBO's Deadwood, and as a dancer in The Killers video for Mr Brightside. She also played the role of Sara Johnson in Save The Last Dance 2.
